Anomalous Left Coronary Artery from the Pulmonary Artery, also known as Bland-White-Garland SyndromeALCAPA or ALCAPA syndrome, is a rare congenital anomaly in which the left coronary artery, which normally branches off the aortainstead branches off the pulmonary artery. The syndrome is named for Edward Franklin Bland, Paul Dudley White, and Joseph Garland.
