Training of medical staff in Germany

Standard training program for nurses includes weekly lectures on the following topics:

• Management responsibilities of nurses, regulations
• Case Management, Patient Transfer System from inpatient to outpatient treatment

• Interdisciplinary cooperation

• Communication with patients, doctors, family members and other professionals

In addition, the lecture course includes a practical program, including inspection of offices of major hospitals, familiarity with the work of the German health care professionals.
Upon completion of courses a medical personnel certificate will be issued.
